This 3.5bd+loft/3.5ba beach house is in a spectacular location, within walking or biking distance of the beach. It's situated in the Heritage Woods section of Sea Pines Plantation - just off the trail to the beach (only a five-minute walk or a two-minute bike ride).

Our house sits in the middle of a Maritime Forest. Deer and wildlife run freely through our backyard. Our back deck runs the length of the house, and is perfect for barbecues. A large lagoon accents the surroundings, offering water views from inside and outside the house.

This picturesque setting is located in a warm and friendly neighborhood in Sea Pines. Bike trails surround the neighborhood making beach access accessible in minutes. It's also a very short bike ride to Harbour Town to the west, and to South Beach Marina to the south. Four adult bikes are provided for your enjoyment, so there's no need to rent them.

This is a fantastic family fun vacation locale. No matter what the interest, all family members should be able to safely navigate around the neighborhood to the beach, pool, or any other desired destination.

The nearby Sea Pines Beach Club features a beach shop, restaurant and outdoor grill, an outdoor tropical bar, and nightly entertainment. There are two access paths to the beach that are closer (see map) and offer ocean tranquility and beach beauty along some of the most valuable residential property on the whole island.

The Plantation Club swimming pool is available for your use. It's partially covered, and is heated during certain times of the year.

A serene lagoon view greets you from all angles in and around the house. The home features new hardwood floors, a tiled kitchen, two master bedroom, first-floor suites, a dining room, an eat-in kitchen area, a screened porch, a fireplace, and cathedral ceilings - all on the first floor. Upstairs there is the third bedroom, the sleeping loft, and a full bathroom.

Outside, the decking runs the entire length of the rear of the house, and the screened porch shares the same lagoon water views.

The first floor has an open and bright floor plan with lots of windows and skylights. The living room has a vaulted ceiling, double sliding doors to the deck, a ceiling fan, and a fireplace. The dining area is separate, but open to the living room.

The fully-stocked, gourmet kitchen is completely tiled, and features a large greenhouse window. There is a kitchen bar separating the kitchen from the breakfast and sitting area. The kitchen has plenty of windows; and it opens onto the screened porch.

A large laundry room with a pantry is off the kitchen. The first floor powder room is off the laundry and kitchen area.

We put a lot of care and thought into the interior design of our home. Our plan was to provide every amenity possible. This exceptional home exceeds traditional standards. You'll find stylish, beautifully coordinated, designer furnishings throughout. Included are all-new pillow top mattresses and upscale linens in all bedrooms - to ensure a good night's sleep. There are queen beds in each bedroom.

Bring your fishing rod and try to catch some of the spotted bass in the lagoon. Or relax in the porch in the evening and watch them jump out of the water catching their dinner. There is also spectacular bird-watching, and other enjoyment of nature. The bike paths and nature trails are right outside the front door. There is nothing else quite like this atmosphere - this close to the ocean - on the East Coast.

Our home is nonsmoking. Although it is pet-friendly, we do not sacrifice any interior amenities or cleanliness. Our home is brand new - with new appliances, furnishings, linens, and bedding. It's kept meticulously clean; our standards exceed expectations.

There is a $95/week pet fee. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's weeks are at the Sports Season Rates.

'Reel adventures' are only steps away - with some of the best surf fishing on the East Coast. Deep-sea adventures await when you battle tarpon, cobia, and marlin in the waters of Hilton Head. Boats depart from Harbour Town and South Beach Marina for fishing excursions. Court excitement can be found at Harbour Town Tennis Club where Stan Smith is the pro. Bird-watching is sponsored by the Coastal Discovery Museum.

Get in shape with a personal trainer at the Sea Pines Fitness Center, only a short walk away.

Swim at the nearby Plantation Club with its partially covered Olympic-size swimming pool. Our home is located in the middle of Sea Pines Plantation, so you can walk or bike to all destinations.
