interior of our home is a Mary Roberts design with upscale decorating
and every amenity possible. This exceptional home exceeds traditional
standards. You'll find stylish, beautifully coordinated designer
furnishings throughout. Included are all new mattresses and upscale
linen in all bedrooms to insure a good night's sleep; master bedroom
has a king-size bed, private bath, as well as a deck for quiet relaxation.
Second bedroom has a Queen Size bed. The third bedroom contains
twin beds – they can be converted into a King/Swing - with
a built in office with a phone line, Internet Connection and a small
library. All bedrooms have a TV and a VCR. There is a Queen Sized
Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room. |

All one-floor
living is offered by this elegant home. The oversized living room
has vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, video library and a wall of
glass to relax and view the local wildlife and the preserved maritime
forest. If desired, the tiled kitchen with all new appliances
and TV provides the ability to prepare and serve a full course
meal.
This
beautiful home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, with little traffic,
in a residential area of Sea Pines Resort. Our home has been recently
redecorated by one of Hilton Head's top Interior Designers, Mary
Roberts. Spacious (2,200 square feet) and bright, our vacation
home is located in the heart of Sea Pines Plantation and enjoys
a beautiful view of the local maritime forest filled with wildlife.

Inside,
the home offers more than beautifully decorated rooms. Luxurious
living areas include Fireplace, Phones, Air Conditioning, Dishwasher,
Washer/Dryer, and a fully supplied Kitchen including a Moen Water
Filter. Linens, Cookware and Utensils are provided. Extras include
an Electric Barbecue (once you have used it, you will never go back
to charcoal or gas), small library, five cable TV's, four VCR's,
Smoke-Free environment, 4 bicycles, and 4 beach chairs. Outside,
there is a gorgeous deck with a wooded view and an Atrium Deck ready
for dining.

Our Atrium
Deck: No need to get in the car. It is a short walk to your dining
room. Our private setting gets rave reviews from our guests. The
price is right - BYO. Grilling fish, steaks, chicken, and burgers
have never been easier or tasted better using our Electric Grill.
Walk to our
community center with a pool, basketball court, tennis court,
and a children's playground. The larger Plantation Club Pool is
easily accessible by bike (only 5 minutes) or a 2-minute ride
by car. The restaurants and shops of South Beach Marina and the
Calibogue Sound lie to the southwest. Walk, bike, or drive to
the championship golf courses, tennis courts, or beaches. Walk
to the Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the MCI Heritage pro golf
tournament. Walk or bike to the Sea Pines Racquet Club, former
host of the Family Circle Tennis Tournament and run by Stan Smith.
Walk to the Sea Pines Center for your morning coffee, croissant
and newspaper.

viewing, horseback riding, golf, tennis, shopping, swimming, snorkeling,
diving, water skiing, wave runners, boating, surfing, and our
favorite...wildlife salt marsh exploration by kayak!

Bicycling
is Sea Pines' biggest amenity. They have the widest and safest
paths on the Island. There are 25 miles of bike paths in addition
to 11 miles of beautiful white sandy beaches ideal for bicycling.
Another difference
between staying in Sea Pines and other Plantations or locations
is that you benefit from all of the amenities that a full Plantation
has to offer. A Nature Conservancy, Historic Plantation Ruins,
a Lighthouse, sites and scenes of Harbour Town, restaurants and
night life of South Beach.
Other areas
of the Island are very commercial and crowded. Our private and
beautiful house is located in the Greenwood Forest section of
Sea Pines. Staying here is like having 2 vacations at once. The
first is living on a semi-tropical golf course and the second
is living at the beach. Hiking, biking, fishing, birding, wildlife
viewing, horseback riding, golf, tennis, shopping, swimming, snorkeling
and diving, water skiing, boating, surfing, nature tours of beaches,
marshes by foot and kayak.
