This
fabulous 4 BR/3 BA vacation home features two private decks in the
middle of a subtropical and picturesque setting in Sea Pines Resort.
The upstairs has the 3rd and 4th bedrooms. Unlike condo living, enjoy
the privacy and seclusion of this serene, comfortable home. The home
is centrally located - within walking distance (minutes away) of beaches,
pools, golf, tennis, bike trails, shopping, and the legendary South
Beach and Harbour Town.
The beaches of the Atlantic Ocean are only a five-minute bike ride
to the east. Choose between a secluded beach at Atlantic Pointe or
the Sea Pines Beach Club. Walk to three golf courses or to the on-site
swimming pool and the "unlimited-play" tennis court. |

interior of our home is a Mary Roberts design, one of Hilton Head
Island's premier interior designers. It encompasses upscale decorating
and every amenity possible. This exceptional home exceeds traditional
standards. You'll find stylish, beautifully coordinated designer furnishings
throughout. Included are all-new mattresses and upscale linens in
all bedrooms to ensure a good night's sleep. |

master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private bath, and a deck for
quiet relaxation and enjoyment of the golf course views. The second
first-floor bedroom has a King Size Bed and a bath ensuite also. The third
bedroom suite is upstairs, and offers a king-sized bed and a private
bath. This room's personal deck gives a panoramic view of four different
holes: #6, 7, 2 and 3 of the Harbour Town Golf Links. The fourth bedroom/den
has two Queen Size beds.
The house has a spacious open floor plan with 3 master suites and
private baths downstairs and a bedroom/bath and den upstairs. A bridge
connects the bedroom and den upstairs. Upon entering the vast tiled
foyer, one sees the soaring, 2-story living room with views to the
massive rear deck and 6th fairway of the Harbour Town Golf Links. |

The eat-in
kitchen has all new appliances and a laundry area. There is a separate
dining room.
This beautiful home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with little
traffic in Sea Pines Resort. This recently redecorated, spacious
(2,900 square feet), and bright vacation home is located in the
heart of Sea Pines Plantation and enjoys a beautiful view of the
6th fairway of the Harbour Town Golf Links. Inside, the home offers
more than beautifully decorated rooms. Luxurious living areas include
fireplace, phones, air conditioning, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and
a fully supplied kitchen including a Moen water filter.

Linens, cookware and utensils are provided. Extras include an electric
barbecue (one you have used it, you will never go back to charcoal
or gas), small library, five cable TV's, four VCR's, smoke-free environment,
4 bicycles, and 4 beach chairs. Outside, there is a gorgeous deck
with a golf course view great for cocktails and entertaining. There
is also an outdoor shower, which is especially appreciated by kids
after a day at the beach.
Walk to our community center with a pool, basketball court, tennis
court, and a children's playground. The larger Plantation Club Pool
is easily accessible by bike (only 5 minutes) or a 2-minute ride by
car. The restaurants and shops of South Beach Marina and the Calibogue
Sound lie to the southwest. |

or drive to the championship golf courses, tennis courts, or beaches.
Walk to the Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the Verizon Heritage
Pro Golf Tournament. Walk or bike to the Sea Pines Racquet Club,
former host of the Family Circle Tennis Tournament and run by Stan
Smith. Walk to the Sea Pines Center for your morning coffee, croissant
and newspaper.
Enjoy the amenities of the Sea Pines Beach Club. The Beach Club
has full facilities including clean restrooms, showers, an outdoor
bar and grill and nightly entertainment. The hard white sand is
ideal for beach combing, jogging, dog walks, volleyball, paddleball,
and "building castles in the sand."
A gated community, Sea Pines Plantation offers golf, tennis, horseback
riding, and miles of bike, walking, and nature paths. Everything
is provided to make your vacation perfect. Located in the center
of Sea Pines Plantation, this vacation home is only a short walk
or drive to the amenities mentioned.

for wildlife viewing, horseback riding, golf, tennis, shopping,

Bicycling is
one of Sea Pines' biggest amenities. The bike paths are the widest
and safest on the Island. There are 25 miles of bike paths in addition
to 11 miles of beautiful white sandy beaches ideal for bicycling.
One difference between staying in Sea Pines Plantation and other
Plantations or locations is that you benefit from all of the amenities
that a full Plantation has to offer. A nature conservancy, historic
plantation ruins, a lighthouse, sites and scenes of Harbour Town,
restaurants and nightlife of South Beach.

areas of the Island are very commercial and crowded. Our private and
beautiful house is located in the Greenwood Forest section of Sea
Pines Plantation. Staying here is like having 2 vacations at once.
The first is living in a maritime forest and the second is living
at the beach. Hiking, biking, fishing, birding, wildlife viewing,
horseback riding, golf, tennis, shopping, swimming, snorkeling and
diving, water skiing, boating, surfing, nature tours of beaches, marshes
by foot and kayak. |
