Are all Hilton Head Hideaways.com properties privately owned?
A: The husband/wife team of Mary Roberts and Chuck Zapiec own 7
of our rental properties. #7 Fern Court is owned by our next door
neighbor on Fern Court and #12 Seaside Sparrow is owned by a friend
who is frequently out of the country. Hilton Head Hideaways is the
Booking Agent for all 9 of the above mentioned properties. We ask
that you treat these homes & villas as if they were your own.
Q: How do I get more information about a specific property?
A: All of the properties listed on this web site are represented
by Hilton Head Hideaways as Booking Agent only. #7 Fern Court and
#12 Seaside Sparrow are managed by their owners and/or a management
company. HHH is the management company for all of the other 7 properties.
Each owners and/or a management company supplies the property description,
photos, rates and amenities and all have a different rental policy.
We ask that you read their terms and conditions before making your
reservation.
Q: How do I book a property?
A: Call Chuck at #843-342-5815 or #215-499-7827; or you can book
online by clicking on the Book
Online Now link shown on our Home Page and by following the
directions below.
Select Reservation Dates, Enter Guest Information, Submit Payment
1. You may mouse over the dates/weeks to see what the rates
are for that date/week. Rates may vary for different weeks or months
of the year.
2. You may navigate to the month you desire by clicking NEXT
or LAST on the Monthly Calendar or using the drop down menu on the
monthly calendar.
3. Click on the dates/week you desire to book.
4. Be sure to read the TERMS and CONDITIONS of the owner.
You must accept these before you book this unit.
5. The GUEST INFORMATION page will break down the pricing
of your lease. Please review it carefully. You will then have to
enter your personal information. Then click the COMPLETE YOUR BOOKING
button.
6. The owner will have payment terms disclosed on the GUEST
INFORMATION page. The system will prompt you on how to pay, either
by credit card, checks or PayPal.
7. Once you complete your booking, you will receive an email
copy of your RESERVATION REQUEST. The owner will be notified and
they will have to CONFIRM your booking for it to be valid. Feel
free to contact the owner directly at any time.
Q: Where is the company Terms and Conditions located?
A: Look for the Terms & Conditions link at the top of the page;
by clicking on it you can read about our policies and licensing
agreement.
Q. What if there is a problem during my vacation?
A. Contacting Chuck at #843-342-5815, or #215-499-7827 or Mary Roberts
at #315-262-1579 will be your best resource to quickly resolve any
issues. Let us know of any concerns you have with the property and
we will assist you as soon as possible to ensure you enjoy your

All of our properties are pet friendly properties. We ask that you
follow our Pet Policy which can be found in the last section of
Terms and Conditions.
Q: How can I find out exactly where a specific property is located?
A: Each property has a direct link to where the property is located
through our Google map technology.
Q: How do I know the rentals are legitimate?
A: Every property on this website is managed by an owner or licensed
property management company on Hilton Head Island. All owners/companies
are in good standing with the local and state governing officials
and have excellent reputations for superior customer satisfaction;
but just don't take our word for it, see what our previous guests
